At Steel, we offer one-on-one and duet Pilates sessions, fostering a deeply individualized and intimate experience. Pilates is a holistic exercise method that focuses on building core strength, flexibility, and body awareness through controlled movements. Our Physical Therapists work alongside our Pilates Instructors crafting a tailored program for each client that not only resolves existing injury but also prioritizes preemptive measures to prevent future issue.
