Dr. Aly Andersen PT, DPT, OCS received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance with a minor in Biological Sciences from The University of California, Irvine. She later received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California and then went on to complete the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency with honors. She is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has held her Pilates Certification for over 15 years. Aly is a published author, with her research interests including biomechanics and injury risk of dancers. Aly utilizes her background as a professional ballet dancer to deliver meaningful and precise implementation of manual skills and exercise prescription to get patients feeling better faster and prevent future injury.
DR. JESSICA EPPERSON

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Dr. Jessica Epperson PT, DPT, CSCS is an Orange County based Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in injury prevention, functional movement assessment, and corrective exercise. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton and holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from California State University, Long Beach. She maintains additional certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Yoga Instructor, and IASTM provider. Jessica’s treatment approach is whole-body centered with an emphasis on sports performance & recovery, wellness, and stress management. She has experience working with athletes of all ages including those in the performing arts, contact sports, and weightlifting community.
DR. RAY LITTLES

PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Dr. Ray Littles PT, DPT, SCS received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in business finance from Washington State University. While at WSU, Ray competed in track and field, lettering all four years as a decathlete. Ray went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. After attending USC, Ray completed a one-year Sports Physical Therapy Residency through Texas Health where he served as a primary physical therapist for Texas Christian University. Ray spent 12 months working directly with collegiate athletes, coaches, and sports-medicine/performance staff in the training room and on-field setting. Along with working for the athletic department, Ray served as the rehabilitation coordinator for the TCU College of Fine Arts where he worked with dancers of all backgrounds including back stage show coverage.
CHANEL TEKIN

PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Chanel began her ballet training at the age of three at Redlands Festival Ballet and later joined Inland Pacific Ballet Company in 2010 as a company dancer. Chanel took a brief hiatus from professional dancing and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from The University of California, Irvine in 2015. The same year, Chanel earned her certification in Pilates at Studio Du Corps under master instructor Diane Diefenderfer in Costa Mesa. After graduating, Chanel worked as a private Pilates instructor at Equinox Irvine in 2016, worked with Club Pilates in 2017 and continued dancing with Inland Pacific Ballet from 2016 to 2018, finishing her last season with the company as a Principal dancer. In 2019, Chanel received her M.B.A from the University of Redlands and worked as a marketing professional until 2023. She is going back to her roots and is thrilled to be teaching and sharing her love for Pilates once again.
